Registration
- How do I register?
– You can register through following registration link. For more information, visit our conference website https://2018apwm.wordpress.com/registration/
- What does the cost of my registration include?
– The registration fee includes meeting attendance, poster session, program book, opening reception, breakfasts, lunches, dinner, and banquet. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
- When is the registration deadline?
– The registration deadline is May, 31st. 2018.
- How do I cancel my registration?
– You must send a cancellation request to apwm2018.regist@gmail.com. Handling fee 70,000 KRW will be charged for all registration cancellations before meeting. Refunds are available only for the cancellation made before May 31st, 2018.
- Where can I do on-site registration?
– You can register on-site at the conference registration desk in Hoam Faculty House. On-site registration will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on July 9th, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on July 10th.
Abstract
- How do I submit my abstract?
– From the APWM website (abstract tab), you should download abstract template file (.doc) and submit the file directly by sending email to apwm2017abstract@gmail.com.
- How many words could be included in the abstract?
– 250 words are limited for the abstract. It does NOT include author names and affiliations.
- When is the deadline for submitting an abstract?
– The deadline for abstract is April 30th.
- How many abstracts can be submitted by a presenter?
– A presenter can submit maximum 2 abstracts as a first author.
- Do I need to submit an abstract to attend the conference?
– You do not need to submit an abstract to attend the conference.
- When will I find out when my abstract has been programmed?
– The acceptance or rejection for oral presenters will be notified by email on May 31st.

- What size is my poster space?

Travel and Housing
- Do I need to apply for a visa? How can I get the Korean visa?
– Most of countries don’t need a visa to visit Korea. If you need a visa, please contact to Korean ambassador.
- Is financial support available?
– We will notice financial support program soon.
- How do I get to the conference from the airport?
– From Incheon airport to Hoam Faculty House: Take the “#6017” Airport limousine bus” at the GATE 27(Terminal 2) or GATE 6B(Terminal 1). “Hoam Faculty House” is the last bus stop.
– From Gimpo airport to Hoam Faculty House: Take the “#6003 Airport limousine bus” at the Bus terminal #6. Get off at the main gate of Seoul National University and take taxi or a shuttle bus from there. Shuttle runs every Monday to Friday, 08:00~18:00. Shuttle service is only available upon reservation. Please contact at +82-2-880-0311 for reservation.

- Does the hotel rate include any meals?
– No. But the registration fee includes 3 days of meals.
- What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
– Contact us with reservation email (apwm2018.housing@gmail.com).
- How long does it take to get refund?
– You need to pay your room with a credit card when you check out at the Hoam Faculty House.
- Seoul tour information?

– Yes. If you want a certificates of attendance, please contact us with registration email (apwm2018.regist@gmail.com)
